Below are resources you can use in the FHS Library as well as online. These resources will be a great starting point to begin your research. If you are not able to access the databases or need further assistance, please check with the librarian.

ON-LINE DATABASES:

EBSCO: May be accessed from the library home page. Select Student Research Center, uncheck all except Country Reports, begin searching the name of your country.

GALE: May be accessed from the library home page. Password: frisco Click on “Student Resource Center Gold.” Select “Topic Trees,” choose “Geography.” Select “Nations” then choose your country.

PHOTOS: AP Multimedia Photo Archives: May be accessed from the library home page

PRINT SOURCES: Check the following areas in nonfiction and reference for books on Latin American countries and anything related to their culture:
R 306.03, R 305.8, NF 031, 910 and 917.

For famous hispanic figures, check the biography collection in the library.
